Why I love what I do.
Innovation! So many of the people, processes, and tools we implement as HR professionals are not only innovative, but also creative. When working on a project, you have to understand and manage requirements, stakeholders and budget/time constraints to be successful. I’ve had to come up with solutions that meet all of those variables. This typically is not something you can get “off-the-shelf”. I am personally rewarded by recommending innovative solutions.
I also absolutely love helping our clients grow and succeed! Their inexhaustible passion for success is contagious and incredibly admirable. I love the challenge and opportunity to work alongside some of the smartest people I have met along my journey. I find great pleasure in having the professional responsibility to make a positive difference for employees in the workplace. It’s an honor to be a small part of an organization’s big picture. I’m the kind of person who needs to understand that what I’m doing is part of something great. It’s one of the things I find most rewarding by my work.
